Study of archives of hospitalization departments at the University Clinics of Kinshasa

Abstract

This study aims to contribute to the implementation of an archive management system in all hospital and care departments, based on modern archival techniques. Starting with a diagnosis of the existing situation, archival requirements and needs expressed by patients and other users, the study proposes an archive management system that can meet the expectations of managers in each hospital department. It identifies 452 linear meters of medical archives and 262 linear meters of administrative archives, totaling 714 linear meters.
