Abstract

The traditional society is a community without police, without standing armies, without a constitution, without written laws and regulations, but order, tranquility, love, charity, etc. reigned thanks to the living archives. In the case of the traditional Tetela community, the contribution of proverbs has been and remains remarkable until today.
