Critical look at the Congolese Family Code on children born from medically assisted procreation

All civilized nations have been hastening since the advent of artificial procreation to remodel their family rights. But faced with this remodeling, the DRC drags on and does not seem to be overly moved because it is very attached to its traditions. This study would like to boost it to get rid of incongruous habits and customs to initiate the remodeling of its family law, which would not adapt to the realities of modern times. A series of proposals are made to him on the basis of a detailed study of each technique of artificial procreation that would suit him.
